Exchanges and Returns
Stress Free Returns and Exchanges

If you are ever not completely satisfied with your
purchase, we will quickly replace it, or you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

We strive to make sure that every customer is happy with his or her purchase that is why we have a no-questions-asked one-year return policy. Nonetheless, in the event that you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help resolve them as quickly as possible.


Exchanges or Replacements


Most issues can be addressed quickly by simply contacting one of our knowledgeable customer service team members for assistance. If we cannot help resolve your issue, we will gladly send you a replacement at no charge.  Replacements will be sent out immediately for orders placed less than 45-days prior to the request for a replacement.  For orders that were placed 45-days or more prior to the request for an exchange, the defective cartridge(s) will need to be sent back before a replacement or exchange can be processed.


Returns


We know that there are times when you will need to return an item, thus we have made this process very easy and stress free. Once you have decided you would like to return the merchandise, all you need to do is call us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  This helps us track your return and ensure that it is resolved according to your wishes.  You can also request a return online.  First, select "Orders history" from your cart menu.  Next, search for the order you would like to create the return request for, click on the order number or status, and the order details page opens. Lastly, scroll down to the "Create return request" form.

On all returns, you will be refunded the price you paid for the items you return. The original shipping charge will not be refunded unless we made a mistake with your order. However, we do pay for the shipping charges to return the order.  For items ordered 45-days or more prior to the return request, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Exchanges


The easiest method of exchange is to simply re-order the new items online and then return the items you do not want. Please obtain an RMA number first before returning the unwanted items.
